2016 .With immediate affect no helmet or body mounted cameras are acceptable at our event until further notice.

 

No spectators are permitted to cross the track at any point.

 

By participating or spectating at our event you agree to abide by the rules set out below.

 

THE COLOURED BAND PROVIDED AT ADMISSION MUST BE VISIBLE ON YOUR WRIST AT ALL TIMES .  IF YOU DAMAGE THE WRISTBAND YOU MUST RETURN IT TO THE DESK AND HAVE IT REPLACED IMMEDIATELY - NO BAND.NO ADMITTANCE.

 

1.All riders must be physically and mentally fit to participate in our events.

A disclaimer must be signed prior to the event.

 

2.All riders must wear the following protective clothing

a.helmet ( at all times whilst on a bike)preferably gold stamped/E marked

b.protective mx boots or safety boot. NO TRAINERS!!!!!!!!!!

c.long sleeve shirt/jersey etc.

d.goggles or eye protection

e.whilst we recommend body armour,knee/elbow pads etc.. these are not mandatory.

f. NO HIGH VISIBILITY JACKETS to be worn(other than officials)

 

3.Acceptable machines: enduro/trailbike,mx  or minibike in a safe condition

We have the right to refuse entry if the bike appears to be unsafe.we accept quads at certain events

 

3a. There will be random noise testing at our events and 2016 guideline is 112dba

IF YOUR EXHAUST IS TOO LOUD OR BECOMES TOO LOUD DURING THE DAY WE WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE.-NO REFUNDS

 

4.Tyres-all tyres accepted.

 

5. No engines to be started until 30 mins before the sighting lap.Please ask on arrival track times for the day

 

6. Course marking. The ENDUROLAND courses are renowned for being the best marked out circuits in the country, it is strictly one way and marked with red/white barrier tape-Under no circumstances ride against the flow of the course or stop on the course - if you have an EMERGENCY and have to stop please pull outside/off the track.

 

Please only ENTER and EXIT the track where marked.IE PITS AND START.

 

If for any reason you BREAK the tape inform a marshal who will rectify this.

 

IF THERE IS A SECTION OF THE COURSE THAT YOU FIND TO HARD PLEASE INFORM A MARSHAL WHO GIVE YOU AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE IF AN EASY ROUTE HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED.

 

The idea of our club is to allow both novices and race aces to ride together for training and fitness and to allow less experienced riders to gain experience and confidence from the race club riders.

 

7.Pits and Car park

WALKING PACE- 5MPH AT ALL TIMES IN THE PITS AND CARK PARK

WE WILL NOT TOLERATE EXCESSIVE SPEED OR DANGEROUS RIDING IN THESE AREAS

A refuel are will be clearly marked unless otherwise advised.

 

8.Spectators,Children and Pets

Whilst we welcome spectators,children and pets please be aware of vehicles moving around the area at all times-especially bikes leaving the designated track,Dogs must be on a lead at all times and not left in vehicles for excessive amounts of time-cars and vans can get very HOT,

 

9.Rubbish and Litter

Please take your rubbish home with you we run XC practice not a litter picking team.

 

10.Track take down-we would appreciate any help with taking down the tape/markers at the end of our session-as allowing it to remain for an extra day counts against our designated planning days.

 

All ADDITIONAL riders will now be charged current day rates,no exceptions.

 

Anyone found to be riding someone else's bikes that has not signed on will be banned from the club along with the bike owner. You have been WARNED.

 

BIKE RECOVERY.........please wait for a marshal in the event that your bike becomes immobile.We will tow you back to the pits.

 

CAMPING/CAMPSITE -No camp fires .no disposable BBQS

 

The most important rule - HAVE A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE DAY!

 

 

Additional 2016 Race info

1.One bike per rider

2.On track breakdowns that can be repaired (either trackside or in the pits)  will still  result in a finish.(possibly losing just the breakdown lap) non repairable breakdowns will result in a DNF unless you can ride the bike across the finish/chequer flag after completing a full lap.you may pit early -take the flag and still obtain a finish .The bikes engine must be running and the machine rideable to get a result . (Man v machine v terrain)

3.No assistance on track (pit assistance only)

4.Course cutting will result in a DNF

5.Refuel only in the designated area

6.Dead Engines during refuel
